Pilsner - Our take on the Munich Helles style. This light lager is extremely crisp, with hints of bready malt and low bitterness. 4.8% ABV, 16 IBU.
Raspberry SMaSH - A single malt (Washington 2-row) single hop (Ekuanot) ale, fermented with raspberry puree, giving it a touch of tartness, a slightly pink appearance, and an enchanting raspberry aroma. 5.3% ABV, 15 IBU.
Hang Fire Pale Ale - West coast style pale ale. Medium-light body, pronounced Cascade hop bitterness, with notes of pine and citrus. 5.8% ABV, 31 IBU.
Froot Juice Hazy IPA - Bursting with juicy goodness from whirlpool and dry-hop additions of El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Brewed with white wheat and oats, and fermented with a “Juice” yeast. 6.6% ABV.
Elixir of Invincibility XIPA - This Imperial India Pale Ale is aggressively hopped with Ekuanot, Loral, Ahtanum, Cascade, and Simcoe hops. 8.6% ABV, 64 IBU.
Été Saison - Belgian-style farmhouse ale originating in the French speaking area of Wallonia. The name été is French for summer (the beer was originally brewed in the winter for consumption by farm workers in the summer). Saison is fermented very warm with a special yeast which creates its fruity and peppery profile. Slightly earthy finish.. 5.8% ABV, 20 IBU.
Schwarzbier - Simultaneously toasty and crisp, look for prominent coffee and restrained chocolaty notes in this traditional German dark lager. This beer may share malt characteristics with stout, but it’s easy drinking with a light clean finish. ABV: 5.1%, IBU: 20
Dunkelweizen - Dark wheat beer with traditional banana/clove fermentation profile from the Bavarian Hefeweizen yeast. 5.2% ABV, 11 IBU.
Erebus Stout - This dark ale is loaded with roasted barley, oats, and chocolate malt. Smooth and refreshing. 5.9% ABV, 25 IBU.
Scotch Ale - Full-bodied maltiness with complex flavors and sweetness. The grain bill includes 8 different malts, including a hint of peated malt. 6.7 % ABV, 15 IBU.

The tasting room features 18 rotating taps, including one hand pump beer-engine for cask beer and up to two nitro faucets. Typically, there are two guest ciders on tap. Homemade root beer or sarsaparilla is usually available.
