Flotsam - Pineapple Hazy IPA featuring loads of fruity aroma from pineapple puree and Citra and El Dorado dry hop additions. 6.3% ABV.
Bohemian Pilsner - Crisp, light pilsner with moderate Saaz noble hop bitterness. 4.7% ABV and 37 IBU.
Été Saison - Belgian-style farmhouse ale originating in the French speaking area of Wallonia. The name été is French for summer (the beer was originally brewed in the winter for consumption by farm workers in the summer). Saison is fermented very warm with a special yeast which creates its fruity and peppery profile. Slightly earthy finish. 5.8% ABV 20 IBU.
Morpheus - Dark strong ale with roasted barley, chocolate malt, and oats. Lightly carbonated and served on nitro. 8.1% ABV.
Porter - Dark in color with rich maltiness from English Maris Otter with a healthy amount of chocolate malt. Lightly hopped. 6.7% ABV, 25 IBU.
Bourbon Barrel-aged Porter - Aged in Woodinville Whiskey bourbon barrel. Notes of chocolate, vanilla,and coconut. 7.5% ABV, 25 IBU.
Raspberry SMaSH - A single malt (Washington 2-row) single hop (Cascade) ale, fermented with raspberry puree, giving it a touch of tartness, a slightly pink appearance, and an enchanting raspberry aroma. 5% ABV, 15 IBU.
Icarus Blonde - Golden ale brewed with Washington state 2-row malt to be dry and refreshing. Whirlpool addition of Washington State Citra. 5.1% ABV, 25 IBU.
Scylla Rye Amber - An American amber brewed with 30% rye malt. This medium bodied ale has very subtle peppery rye flavor with a smooth finish. Fermented with an east coast yeast strain for a slightly tart character. 5.5% ABV. 27 IBU.
Elixir of Amnesia Imperial IPA - Piney, dank, and grapefruit hop aroma from late additions of Simcoe and Cascade hops. 8.1% ABV, 79 IBU.
Dunkelweizen - Dark wheat beer with traditional banana/clove fermentation profile from the Bavarian Hefeweizen yeast. 5.2% ABV, 11 IBU.
Cask Imperial IPA dry hopped with Azacca - Azacca hops were named after the Haitian god of agriculture. It has a bright and refreshing aroma with tropical fruits, citrus, and juicy mango. Aroma: fresh citrus, orange, grapefruit, lemon, piney, spicy, pineapple, & tropical fruit. 8.1% ABV, 79 IBU.
The tasting room features 18 rotating taps, including one hand pump beer-engine for cask beer and two nitro faucets. Typically, there are two guest ciders on tap. Homemade root beer or sarsaparilla is usually available.
